Our experienced and locally trained Chefs bring their extensive knowledge of food to The Gin Trap utilising their skills and talents in preparing casual food with a creative touch. Locally farmed produce, herbs from our own garden, fresh fish from Nevisian waters, and the finest cuts of meat blend for an unforgettable meal.

Our bartenders squeeze fresh juices each day to ensure that every drink served at the Gin Trap meets the highest expectations of all guests. Frozen drinks mixed in our soundproof blender change seasonally with the available fresh fruits of the island. We have selected 101 varieties of gins to please the most discerning palates. No visit to our restaurant is complete without enjoying one of our signature cocktails, Martini's, gimlets etc. Wines have been purchased from around the world to complement the diverse menu items and daily specials.

Events

The Gin Trap welcomes private parties and special events. Our Chefs will create a unique menu to fit any celebration. Our appetizers work well as passed hors d'oeuvres for cocktail parties, the unique entrees offered please a large audience, and our desserts are in great demand. Plan a picnic on the beach and pick up "lunch to go". Off premise catering is also available.
We are pleased to be associated with The Nevis Yacht Club and are able to offer members a 10% discount on drinks and/or dining.
